TimeForge labor management software has been designed with a number of features to make scheduling and other labor management aspects exceedingly simple. Here are a few phenomenal features that allow you to quickly and easily schedule your employees:

1. You can build the schedule by Department/Position or by Time. Shifts can be arranged by position, organized by time, or both! When using the position/department groups, each group will show the number of shifts, the overall cost for the group, and the overall amount of hours being scheduled. Build the schedule the way you want to!

2. Your staff members can see other employees’ schedules. To setup this feature, login to TimeForge, navigate to the “Setup” tab, and then click on “Settings for this Location”. In the “TimeForge Configuration” area, you will see an option that reads: “Do you want to allow your employees to view other employee’s schedules and contact information?” Set this option to “Yes”, and then click save. Any worker who logs into TimeForge.com can navigate to their “Schedules” tab, and then select “Other Employee’s Schedules”. Staff members can find the phone numbers, times, and assigned employees for all of the posted schedules at your establishment.

3. Your availability and Requests can be viewed by position or employee. To take advantage of this feature, navigate to the “Employees” tab, and then click on “Edit employee requests / availability”. Once you’ve been taken to that screen, you can set the “Requests for:” drop-down to show particular requests, and then click on the “Show” option to view the requests.

In addition to these features, TimeForge has many other features and options that make TimeForge the premiere online labor management package.
