Jordan Backus

What do you do at TimeForge?
I write content, provide customer support, and help new customers get started.

How long have you been working with TimeForge?
Since February 5, 2014.

What’s your favorite part of working with TimeForge?
I enjoy the people and the laid back atmosphere, but I’m particularly excited to have the opportunity to write.

How do you make the lives of TimeForge customers better?
The TimeForge restaurant scheduling software itself is designed to make customers’ lives better by eliminating stress associated with scheduling and payroll, so simply getting customers started with our software is a way of making their lives better. I also try to solve any issues encountered by our customers and to maintain a pleasant attitude to preserve the customers’ good moods.

What was your first hourly job?
Technically, my first hourly job was babysitting when I was probably eleven or twelve. I started working as a waitress at a small cafe in Weed, New Mexico when I was fifteen.

What is your favorite hobby?
I love to read, write, paint, and draw.

Are you in school?
No. I graduated from Texas Tech University in December, 2013 with a Technical Communication degree.

What is your favorite movie?
Dumb and Dumber

Do you have any pets?
I have a cat named Amun.

Zachary Holley

What do you do at TimeForge?
I perform customer support and develop the scheduling software.

How long have you been working with TimeForge?
I started in Feburary.

What’s your favorite part of working with TimeForge?
I am excited to work with cutting edge technology and develop software for such technology.

How do you make the lives of TimeForge customers better?
I try and use my knowledge of the software we sell to assist customers with any technical questions they have. If I don’t know the answer I will use the best of my abilities to gain the knowledge to assist the customers.

What was your first hourly job?
My first hourly job was in college as a math tutor. I assisted other students with their math skills to better understand subjects including Algebra, business math, Calculus 2 and everything in between.

What was your first restaurant or retail job?
I’ve never worked in retail or at a restaurant.

What is your favorite hobby?
Playing and developing video games.

Are you in school?
I have graduated from Angelo State University with a bachelors degree in computer science, a minor in math, and a certificate in video game development.

What is your favorite movie?
Pacific Rim

Do you have any pets?
Not currently, but I do like dogs and have had several over the years.
