TimeForge’s messaging system provides single location for convenient and simple work related messages. Messages received through TimeForge can be viewed as both email messages, and are available as TimeForge messages, which can be reviewed by email or when logged into TimeForge.
To send and receive messages, make sure that you have provided an email address on the TimeForge “Setup” page.
Get to the Messages Page on the Schedules Tab
First, navigate to the “Schedules” tab, and then the “Messages” sub-tab.
From the “Today” Tab, you can click on the Schedules tab, or click on the View Unread Messages button.

The “Messages” page displays all incoming / received messages from managers and other staff members, as well as messages that you have sent to other team members. You can also search for a message from a specific time frame or even fragmented text thus increasing versatility.
Read a TimeForge Message
The last several messages received by TimeForge are listed in the Incoming Messages section. To read a message, click on View Message.
