With TimeForge, there are many ways to create an employee schedule. For instance, you can build an employee schedule by position and leave certain shifts open (unassigned). That way, you can have your positions scheduled and go back later to assign specific employees to those open shifts. To make this process even easier, you can use the shift builder tool, which will also give you open shifts that you can later assign.
Navigate to your schedule reports.
To view open shifts,
- hover over “Schedules”
- select “Reports”
Locate “Unassigned (Open) Shifts” reports.
TimeForge has two options for viewing open shifts: by date and by position. Locate which report you would like to view and click on it.
Note: Reports are in alphabetical order.
