After you complete the initial login process, you will then be prompted to select the following:

1) The employee (or manager) that is clocking in will need to designed the correct department they wish to clock into.

2) After selecting a department, you will then need to select the correct position.

3) lastly, after selecting a department and position you would like to clock into, you will need to click the “Clock In” button.

Note: The “Manager Options” button on the bottom left is only displayed if a manager has logged into the Stand-Alone. Employees do NOT have access to this feature.

Manager options allow management to modify employee attendance without having to open a browser or navigate away from the Stand-Alone.

1) Click on the “Clock In Employees” icon to begin.

1) Select the employee you wish to clock in from the drop down menu.

2) Set the clock in time for the employee.

3) Click the “Clock In Employee” button.

After you selected the employee you wish to clock in, you will then be prompted to select the following:

3) Click “Clock In”.

After you have successfully clocked in an employee, you will prompted with a pop-up requires you to click “ok” to return to the manager options page.

1) Click on the “Clock Out Employees” icon to begin.

1) Select the employee you wish to clock out from the drop down menu.

2) Set the clock out time for the employee.

3) Click the “Clock Out Employee” button.

After you have successfully clocked out an employee, you will prompted with a pop-up requires you to click “ok” to return to the manager options page.

Manger option also has a feature that allows management to clock out all employees whom have not clocked in on the current day.

This feature is helpful for employees whom forget to clock out from the previous day – without clocking out employees whom have already clocked in for the current day.

Once the manager has clicked on “Clock Out ALL Employees Not in Today”, s/he will be prompted with a pop-up confirmation that has a date and time stamp.

Note: The date and time stamp is helpful when editing employee attendance since the clock out time will match the stamp.

Under manager options you also have the capability to clock out all employees. This includes any employees from days past and, those whom have clocked in on the current day.

Prior to clocking out all employees, the user will be prompted with a pop-up warning to confirm that they wish to clock out all employees currently clocked in. To complete this task the user must click “Ok”.
