TimeForge allows the account administrator of an account to restrict access to some personal information. Some of this information can be restricted in the settings page.
Alternatively, you can apply security templates. These security templates designate whether managers and supervisors have access to things like employee pay rates, employee availability, breaks, and much more.
Keep in mind, if you’re using multiple locations in TimeForge, you’ll have to apply security templates in the corporate level.
Edit the the security template information.
1. Assign a title for the template.
2. You can decide if this template applies to either managers or supervisors.
3. If a button is selected under a column, then the corresponding description is applied to that column. So, in the above picture, the manager has access to everything except the ability to “Switch User.”
