With TimeForge Attendance, you have the power to always be on top of your employee attendance. Even if you’re away from the office, TimeForge can send you email alerts about the attendance for any particular day. This is a great way to help enforce your employee schedule and ensure that your labor cost is low. Email alerts are an optional feature, and need to be turned on and off in your personal “My Settings” page.
Setting up email alerts is easy! Here’s how it’s done.
Define which email alerts you receive.
There are seven options that you can configure to receive email alerts about employee attendance. You can track:
- if employees clock in early or late
- if employees clock out early or late
- who is clocking in at a specific time (like when you’re closed if you want to track employees who forget to clock in)
- if employees are taking their required and/or optional breaks on time
Just check the boxes for which you’d like to receive a notification. Don’t forget to click “Save My Settings” when you’re finished.
