Absolutely! TimeForge can message you when a schedule is changed, created, or posted; when the daily attendance costs or hours exceed the scheduled costs or hours; and more! Managers, supervisors, and employees can all set up their accounts so that they receive email notifications, text message alerts, and TimeForge messages for a variety of important occurrences.
Click on the “Alerts” tab.
To manage the messages you receive, navigate to the “Alerts” tab on your Employee Information page.
Locate the alert relating to employee schedule changes.
To receive messages when a schedule changes, locate the alert option relating to schedule changes. Input the number of days in advance that you would like to be notified about new and changing schedules, and select the check box.
