TimeForge scheduling is a powerful tool that will save you time with one of the most important aspects of labor management– creating an employee schedule. Viewing an employee schedule is simple once it’s made! All you need to do is follow these simple steps.
Navigate to the “Schedules” page.
Log in to your account, hover over “Schedules”, and select “Schedules”.
Specify which schedules you would like to view.
Two drop down menus are located on the top right of the “Schedules” page.
1. The first drop down menu allows you to select whether you would like to view upcoming schedules; those for the last month, last quarter, last 12 months; or all schedules.
2. The second drop down is only available if you are using departments in Timeforge. This menu allows you to select which scheduled departments you would like to view.
Click the “Show” button after making your selections.
Select the schedule you would like to view.
After deciding the date ranges and departments for which you would like to view schedules, you will be presented with a list of schedules. Locate the schedule you would like to view and click the blue link, which is the schedule’s title, in the “Description” column.
