In TimeForge, termination dates can only be viewed from Location Level, not the Corporation Level. It is also important to remember that in TimeForge, the word “terminate” does not necessarily mean that the employee was “fired.” Ultimately, you are just deactivating the employee’s TimeForge account so they can no longer work at that specific location.
Viewing termination dates is easy! Here are the steps you need to take in order to see them.
Select “Show Terminated Employees.”
Checking this box will add all terminated employees to the employee list.
View the status of terminated employees.
Employees that have been terminated at the Location Level will have the word “terminated” in red next to their names.
