Human resources (HR) within TimeForge enables you to store and easily access all necessary HR documents regarding employees and their information. You can upload HR documents like I-9’s, W-4’s, training manuals, insurance verification, and other forms that are applicable to the labor management needs of your business. This information can be very useful when you are creating an employee schedule where you need the employee to have a special certification.
Here are the steps to take to easily upload HR information to an employee’s account, which is specific to each staff member.
Select the appropriate employee.
Click on the blue “Edit” link associated with the employee for which you want to add HR information. This will take you to the “Employee Information” page for that employee.
Tip: If you have multiple locations, make sure you are on the location level to upload HR documents.
Click on the “Human Resources” option.
On that employee’s “Employee Information” page, click on the Human Resources tab.
Select an HR type.
Select the type of HR document you wish to upload. TimeForge has the ability store all of your Pre-Hire, Onboarding, Certifications and other types of HR documents.
1. Choose the type of document to upload
2. Assign a “Received Date.”
3. Click “Save,” and
4. The “Upload” option will then appear.
Upload the HR documents.
Now that you have saved your selection, the option to “Upload” will appear. Click that “Upload” next button to the document you have selected.
