Using TimeForge, staff members are able to take breaks, clock in and out, record tips, enter mileage, and do many other operations to streamline labor management. And although most employees are great at remembering to clock in and out, every once in a while someone forgets, and you’ll need to modify a time card entry.
Navigate to the “Edit Attendance By Employee” page.
- Log in
- Hover over the “Attendance” tab
- Click on “Edit Attendance By Employee”
Choose an employee.
Choose a staff member from the employee drop-down to review, add, or edit their time card entry.
Note: If TimeForge Departments are enabled, you will only see the staff members in your departments.
Choose the dates
You can edit time cards by date range. Enter a date range into the calendar boxes and click “Go” to continue.
Delete the time card entry by employee.
TimeForge will display all of the applicable time card entries during the time range that you selected.
Click on the Red Delete icon next to the entry you would like to remove.
